Flight delays and schedule uncertainties often leave travelers frustrated and searching for real-time updates. Many customers rely on third-party flight trackers to check their plane’s inbound status, leading to inconsistent information and unnecessary stress. To improve transparency and enhance the pre-departure experience, we introduced Where’s my plane? in the JetBlue mobile app, allowing travelers to track their aircraft’s journey before it reaches their departure gate.
